Well, I haven't been doing anything particularly exciting, but I thought I'd update since I haven't updated in a while. I mainly have been playing video games such as Final Fantasy X-2 on the PS2 and Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days on the DS. So far, I am in love with FFX-2 because it is fun to play, the characters are likable, the story is good, and the graphics are simply breath taking! I love all the characters, but I believe Rikku is my favorite one, since she is so funny and cheerful... kinda like me. FFX-2 is a sequel to FFX and I don't have FFX yet, so I'm playing the 2nd one first. Kingdom hearts 358/2 days is also very good and I am a huge fan of anything Kingdom hearts. When I went to my boyfriend's house last week, he gave me FFX-2, a DS, and he let me borrow 358/2 days and RE: Codes, both kingdom hearts games. I am already thinking about setting up a cosplay for Rikku in her black mage form (since the majority of her forms are revealing).
I have also recently finished the first season of this anime called "Hell Girl." Hell Girl is about this website, Hell Correspondence that you can only access at midnight and you enter a name of a person that has been tormenting you. Once you entered the name into the website and pressed send, a girl names Ai Enma (Hell girl) goes up to you and gives you a doll that looks like this ---------------------------------------------------->and she tells you that once you untie the scarlet ribbon on the doll's neck, you will be bound into a covenant with her and she will avenge your tormentor however if you do untie the ribbon, your soul will belong to hell when you die. The show was overall fantastic, with a unique plot and original characters and really shows the good and bad sides of revenge, which proves that if you fight fire with fire, you'll just get burned... well, in this show's case, you'll be sent to hell. This show has 2 other seasons, which aren't dubbed but I am looking forward to watching more of hell girl.
I would really love to try cosplaying as Ai Enma because I think it would look really cool, since she is so unique, dark, and mysterious. She usually wears a uniform, except for when she is on a mission to avenge those who are tormentors. She wears a kimono (see picture above), which makes her have the ability to send the tormentors to hell. I have a black wig, but it is very messy, so I guess all I need is a wig and the costume. I'm not doing the red eyes because I really do not want to try to put contacts on (I don't need them since I have really good vision), so I'll just skip that.So, that's what I've been up to. Not exactly interesting, but whatever. Hopefully I can go to connecticon on Saturday and I will probably cosplay as Yukiko again, and I am going to Niagra falls on July 31st and that's pretty much it.
