30 Day song challenge: day 7

I haven't given up on the 30 day song challenge just yet and like I said, I hate leaving things unfinished so I plan on finishing it no matter how busy I am because I am determined to choose a song for each day. Now, enough with all my rambling and lets get on with day 7: A song that reminds me of a certain event

Day 7: A song that reminds me of a certain event

This one wasn't has hard as yesterday's song choice but I had to do some thinking about which song I should choose. I tend to connect songs with events so I had a lot of song choices that I could have done but I narrowed it down to just one. The song is The Uprising (James Durbin cover) and it reminds me of when I got VIP passes to the American Idols Live tour 2011 September 1st. The reason why this song cover is so significant is because this is the exact song he was singing when he got offstage and grabbed my hand! It has been a few months and I still can't believe that actually happened! James Durbin is a huge inspiration to me and having him interact with me while he was performing was truly a dream come true. I would love to relive that day over and over again. Although James wasn't there at the meet and greet, I think it is way more special that he interacted with me onstage!
